By accessing and using UI Forge Labs ("we", "us", "our") website at uiforgelabs.com and purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Services
UI Forge Labs sells premium website templates built with React and Tailwind CSS. All products are digital downloads delivered electronically after verified payment. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time.
3. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template. You may use it for personal or commercial projects according to your purchased license tier. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files with third parties. Full license details are available on our License page.
4. Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept payments via PayPal, PayHere (LKR), and Stripe (international cards). Payment must be completed in full before access to the digital product is granted. All transactions are securely processed by our payment providers.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@uiforgelabs.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available if the license terms have been violated. Please review our full Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, code, and assets remain the intellectual property of UI Forge Labs. Purchasing a template grants a license to use it — not ownership of the original work. You may not claim the template as your own original creation.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware or harmful code, to infringe on intellectual property rights of others, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free or meet all your specific requirements. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products.
9. Limitation of Liability
UI Forge Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
